YES. The U.S.P.S. lost a case in Federal District court re: the price hike in 2014. They deemed that they should be ok now in terms of making up for lost revenue during the recession.

That's GREAT news for today's bride/groom who happens to be purchasing a hefty amount of (more often than not) 2 oz. stamps for their wedding invites! NOW is the time to buy guys!
