I provided my own mirror and CT sent a sketch of the design before I gave final approval. She honored our last minute request of adding calligraphy to vases, jugs, candle holders and bottles for our place card table. She sent a picture of one candle holder with the assigned names, so I could see it before she did the rest. She did a great job on all the containers we provided. CT was understanding when we needed to add a name last minute and remove two names due to last minute cancellations. She made the drop off and pick up of our materials easy. We had a fairytale themed wedding and she hand delivered one of her rentals - a large gold mirror, for our seating chart and placed right outside of the reception area. She did an amazing job with the mirror and dropped it off early too. Many of our guests had never seen a mirrored seating chart before and even took pictures next to it. It was impressive and became a main item to bring our wedding together! Days prior, we had several changes with guests who couldn't make it or name misspellings and she was receptive and flexible with everything! Her responsiveness really gave us the assurance we needed. Your vision for an event isn't always clear to others, but with CT it was better than we could have ever imagined. The monogram at the top of the mirror was a perfect touch!
